The court also provided time to the counsel of Malti Sachan to obtain some letters, which were written by Sachan from jail to her.
Special Judicial magistrate Neelkant Mani Tripathi passed the order on an application filed by Malti's counsel requesting the court to provide some time for obtaining the letters of her husband.
Sachan was found dead in the district jail on June 22, 2011.
