Court for FIR against pvt school for taking money in admission

The court gave the directions for registration of FIR against the authorities of East Delhi-based Vivekanand School, including its Chairman Yogdhyan Ahuja, so that the police can probe into the complaint that they had demanded money for admission in nursery classes.

The complaint also alleged that a national news channel had aired a sting operation on January 31 this year regarding the school illegally demanding Rs 50,000 in the name of building fund.
