Jogindenagar Judicial Magistrate Jia Lal Azad ordered deportation of the Taiwanese after holding them guilty of overstaying here and sentencing them to seven days in jail.
They were found to be overstaying here in India after lapse of their visa.
The court, however, set off their sentences against the imprisonment already undergone by them since their arrest seven days ago.
A fine of Rs 10,000 was also imposed on each of them by the court.
The Taiwanese nationals had violated the provisions of Foreigners Act, and were arrested on the night of June 12.
They were produced in the Court next day and were remanded in police custody till June 19.
However, Rinpoche Gankar, who allegedly owned the premises in with the Taiwanese were working as carpenters and was arrested from Delhi on June 15 and the caretaker were released on bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh each, police said.

Cash amounting Rs 30 lakh, USD 3,000, 35,000 Chinese yen, liquor and SIM cards were also recovered from the Taiwanese.
The release of Taiwanese established that they were artisans working in the monastery and had no Chinese links.
