A local court today directed the police to lodge a case of kidnapping and murder against Samajwadi Party national general secretary Vishambhar Nishad, his gunner and four others.
Additional Sessions Judge (second) Sanjay Singh passed the order on an application moved by Phoolkali Nishad.
Phoolkali has alleged that the SP leader, along with two others, came to her house on April 3 and assaulted her husband Ramlal, son Chunubad and other relatives and threatened of dire consequences due to a rivalry.

Phoolkali alleged that when she resisted the SP leader assaulted her son and kidnapped him. Chunubad is still untraceable.
She said that when she approached the police, she was sent to lock-up by them on allegation of kidnapping SP worker Shivnayak's daughter.
The court directed the police to lodge a case against six persons, including Nishad, his gunner, Shivnayak and Parsu.
