A local court today rejected the bail pleas of the 11 accused in the alleged leak of question papers of the Constable Recruitment Examination for the Railway Protection Force.

Judicial Magistrate Amit Kumar Tiwari turned down bail pleas of the accused saying it is not a case where bail can be granted.

According to the prosecution, the 11 accused were arrested for allegedly providing and receiving solutions of the said examination through SMSes on mobile phones.

Twelve mobile phones, two motorcycles, cash of Rs 30,000 and solved papers were seized from them.

The gang leader Arvind Rana is, however, still absconding.
