A local court today rejected an application filed by Jiah Khan's mother Rabiya Khan, seeking video recording of the late Bollywood actor's autopsy and the toxicology report.

"The court has rejected our application but we will move higher courts," said advocate Dinesh Tiwari, Rabiya's lawyer.

Jiah (25) committed suicide at her residence on June 3 this year.

The police arrested Suraj Pancholi, the son of actor Aditya Pancholi, on June 10 for abatement of suicide on the basis of the six page letter, purportedly written by Jiah, which was found in the house.

According to the police Jiah was in a relationship with Suraj. Bombay High Court later granted him bail.
