A local court today rejected for the second time a report submitted by police giving a clean chit to two accused in BSP activist murder case.

Chief Judicial Magistrate Narender Kumar rejected the report of Saharanpur police giving clean chit to accused Sushil Kumar and Kapil in the murder of Bahujan Samaj Party activist Raj Kumar.

Kumar was shot dead allegedly by the duo at Shoram village in the district over some election related enmity after the Assembly polls concluded on April 10.

Earlier, the court had rejected the report submitted by Muzaffarnagar police giving clean chit to the accused duo.

The case was then transferred to Saharanpur police and was being investigated by Deputy SP of Deoband, Suresh Pal Singh.
