Additional chief judicial magistrate of Alipore court Sumona Ghorai granted CBI's plea and remanded him to its custody till September 11.

Gandhi, MD of city-based Rainbow Production Ltd, was arrested yesterday for his alleged involvement in the Saradha chitfund scam case.
