The sessions court today reserved its order on the anticipatory bail applications filed by the husband and the in-laws of former Miss World Yukta Mookhey.

Mookhey has accused her husband Prince Tuli of unnatural sex and her in-laws of cruelty and criminal breach of trust among other offences in a complaint filed with suburban Amboli police station on July 3.

Tuli's lawyer, advocate Filji Ferdrick, argued that his client and his family members were available for investigation and had cooperated with the police so far, so they need not be arrested.

Further, Mookhey was living separately for the past one year and there was no explanation as to why she filed the complaint so late, the lawyer said.

While Mookhey's lawyer told the court that her phone was in Tuli's possession, and it had some videos of the couple which she fears he might make public.
