A court here today sentenced a man and his second wife to life imprisonment for killing his daughter.
Additional District Judge (ADJ) sentenced Abhijit Das and his second wife Moutushi Das to life imprisonment for murdering his 9-year-old daughter Anushka Das last year.
Anushka's body was found at her home on March 9 after which her mother had lodged a police complaint against Abhijit and Moutushi, alleging that they had murdered her.
