A court here has stayed the termination of two members of a trust, whose head-- a self-styled godman-- has been accused of amassing wealth by the duo.

Additional District Judge IS Rathore stayed the August 18 order of the trust by which the membership of the petitioners was terminated.

The case has been put for next hearing on November 7.

One of the petitioners, Mahendra Sharma, who is the brother of the "godman", has alleged that his elder brother has been heading the trust for the last 15 years after their father passed away.

The father of both the parties had established the ashram and the trust to take care of the activities of the ashram, the petition said.

After a dispute, the "godman" terminated the younger brother and his mother from the membership of the managing trust on August 18, it alleged.

The petitioners had claimed that the "godman" has siphoned off the funds from the trust.

The "godman's" mother and brother have also expressed threat to their lives.
