Taking a serious note of rape victims turning hostile during trial, a local court today filed complaints against a man and a husband-wife duo in CJM's court for allegedly producing false evidence, wasting the time of the court and influencing the proceedings of the cases.
District Judge Ramesh Chandra Meena filed complaints against the three in Chief Judicial Magistrate's court and also issued notices to them, asking them why no action should be taken against them.
The trio included the father of an alleged teenage rape victim and husband-wife duo of whom the wife was allegedly raped.
