Actor Mohit Marwah says he gets motivated seeing the amount of hardwork his cousins Sonam and Arjun Kapoor put in.

"They are such fine and great actors, I feel encouraged by them. I am inspired and motivated by them and the hard work they put in for their roles. I share a great equation with them," Mohit told PTI.

Mohit made his acting debut in 2014 with Akshay Kumar produced film "Fugly" and his second film is Tigmanshu Dhulia's "Raagdesh".

"I was waiting for something really exciting to come my way and so I took time to sign on my second film. The film ("Raagdesh") is based on World War II (and) it is set in 1940s, it's a period film, based on army background," he added.

The young actor says he is a fan of Tigmanshu and thinks "Paan Singh Tomar" is one of the cult and iconic films of Indian cinema.

Mohit is playing the role of Colonel Prem Kumar Sehgal, who was an officer of the Indian National Army of Subhas Chandra Bose which fought with arms against the British imperial rule in undivided India.

"I enrolled in a boot camp style training where I practised in an Akhada. I also read books based on Indian National Army to know more about the character I am portraying. I also saw documentaries to get better understanding of his role in terms of body language, gestures and mannerisms," he added.
