Cox & Kings Ltd, the holidays and education travel group with operations in 26 countries, said here today that it had registered a consolidated net loss of Rs 46.24 crore in Q4 FY14 as against a net loss of Rs 49.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.
The company's net sales stood at Rs 495 crore in Q4 FY14 as against Rs 230 crore in Q4FY13, a statement issued here said.
The EBITDA stood at Rs 52 crore as compared to Rs 34 crore in Q4 FY13.

The company's net sales increased 28 per cent to Rs 2,308 crore in FY14 as against Rs 1,808 crore in FY13. The net profit grew by 54 per cent to Rs 383 crore as against Rs 248 crore in the corresponding period last year.
"We have had a good year with growth in both domestic and international business. Our aim is to continue improving revenues, profitability and enhance shareholders value. Our tailored product mix to access the fast growing travel segments enables us to leverage the different demands of varied customers," Cox & Kings Director Peter Kerkar said.
