CPI today said the Prime Minister's reported remarks that the government would not tolerate discrmination against any community would remain "untrustworthy" until there is visible action against the perpetrators.

"His (PM's) words will remain untrustworthy till there is visible action against the perpetrators. Will the Government act against them is a big question mark. That is because, BJP is nothing but the political arm of RSS whose ideology is sectarian, divisive and communal," CPI National Secretary D Raja said.

Raja, also a Rajya Sabha member, referred to recent controversial statements made by RSS, VHP and BJP leaders besides attacks on churches and asked whether the government "would act against the culprits".

The Prime Minister today reportedly said no discrmination or violence against any community would be tolerated.
