: BJP National Secretary P K Krishnadas today alleged that CPI(M) and Congress were trying to sabotage BMS leader Payyoli C T Manoj's murder case.

Speaking to reporters here, he said Manoj was murdered in front of his wife and children and the witness had already identified the accused persons. Under these circumstances there was no need for a CBI probe into the murder, he said.

Manoj was hacked to death by a gang, allegedly CPI(M) activists at Payyoli on Febrary 12, 2012 in front of his wife and children and later succumbed to his injuries.
