CPI in West Bengal today accused the ruling Trinamool Congress of terrorizing rival parties and demanded deployment of central forces to ensure "free and fair" conduct of upcoming municipal polls.
State CPI Secretary Prabodh Panda said that TMC should stop capturing municipalities by the "undemocratic" way of "terrorizing" opposition parties.
"We feel that only under the supervision of central forces that the elections can be held in a free and fair manner," Panda said.

"This is not an election, but a farce. They are terrorizing Left candidates where there are high chances of TMC losing," Panda said.
