Left-arm spinner Shahbaz Nadeem, who has been able to hold his own amidst a string of disappointing performances by Delhi Daredevils, attributed his good show to the team's spin consultant Mushtaq Ahmed.
"Whatever I have achieved this season, credit goes to Mushy bhai. I believe Allah send him for me and the way he has helped me and guided me is amazing. I have learnt about aspects of action and rotation of the ball," said the young Jharkhand lad, who has kept an economy rate of under six (5.96) after seven matches.
Nadeem also felt that Sir Viv Richards' mere presence is a morale booster for the batsmen, adding the legend alone can't change everything overnight.

Nadeem admitted that playing Pune Warriors is an "advantage" as they have also not been performing up to the mark.
"You can say it's an advantage because the manner in which they lost the match. It was a match which has been talked about across the globe. Their confidence is low and we have to take that advantage," he stated.
Although Kevin Pietersen's absence is a factor, Nadeem blamed the collective failure of the batting unit as the prime reason for seven straight defeats.
"As a bowling unit, we haven't done badly but the batting hasn't clicked. It's not only about KP as we have good players like Viru bhai and Mahela.
