Rating agency Crisil today said its managing director and CEO Roopa Kudva has decided to part ways with the company but not before a suitable successor is found.
"Crisil MD and CEO Roopa Kudva has informed the Board of her intent to leave, after the company identifies and appoints a successor," Crisil said in a statement.
Kudva has informed that she would ensure a smooth transition before quitting the company.
Crisil said it has started a search for Kudva's successor.
