Consumer durables and electronics chain Croma today opened its 101st store and said it plans to add 10-14 outlets every year.
Tata Group firm Infiniti Retail operates Croma, whose latest store, spread across 13,400 sq ft, is located in Prabhadevi area and has come up with an investment of Rs 3.5 crore. It was inaugurated by Tata Sons Chairman Cyrus Mistry.
The company operates zip-and-large format stores and plans to expand its presence in 25 cities from the current 16, as it aims for a market share of 20 per cent in each city it is present in.

"We are currently present in 16 cities but now we want to reach out to a few more areas where we see a good demand for brands," Infiniti Retail Managing Director and CEO Ajit Joshi told PTI, without giving any timeframe for the same.
He did not share the revenue details but said the company's private labels generated Rs 180 crore in FY14.
