In a similar fashion, the oil for delivery in September contracts edged up 80 paise or 0.21 per cent to Rs 386.90 per 10 kg in 514 lots.
Market analysts said apart from a firm trend at spot market on rising demand, restricted supplies from producing belts and higher global cues kept crude palm oil prices higher at futures trade.
