Cuban President Raul Castro will make an official visit to Paris in February, the French government said today.
"Raul Castro will be in Paris in February," said government spokesman Stephane Le Foll.
French President Francois Hollande visited Cuba in May where he met Castro and his brother, Fidel, who ruled for more than half a century.
Raul Castro made a visit to Italy in May and met Pope Francis at the Vatican, but the 84-year-old's visits to Europe are infrequent.
