Customs officials today seized 29 kg of red sander logs from a passenger bound for Hong Kong at the airport here.
The 44-year old accused, Kadar Naina Hussain, hailing from Ramanathapuram district, was found carrying the logs in his baggage when customs authorities searched it at the Anna International Terminal, police said.
The passenger has been detained and further investigation was on, they said.
