Customs sleuths have seized ketamine and heroin collectively worth Rs 1.10 crore from a courier firm in south Mumbai.
The contraband, concealed in spools of zari threads, slated to be exported to China and South Africa separately, was seized here yesterday after conducting a raid at the firm following a tip-off, Customs officials said today.
"We have seized 2.7 kilograms of ketamine worth around Rs 10 lakhs and 200 grams of heroin worth about Rs 1 crore from the firm," they said.

A manhunt has been launched for the senders of the parcel. Officials said that the people who have booked the parcels seem to be Nigerians, who devised a new modus-operandi to send across the contraband.
