Dacoits loot cash and valuables from rail employee's house

The dacoits, numbering about five, abducted the railway employee's Sudhakar Prasad Singh's son Jugnu as soon as he got off a train at Jamalpur railway station and using him as a shield they forced the family members to open the door of Singh's house before looting cash and valuables worth Rs one lakh, the Superintendent of Police (SP) Rajesh Saran said.

A case has been registered in this connection and raids were being carried out to nab the robbers, he said.
