Radical Sikh organisation Dal Khalsa today condemned the clash that took place in Delhi's Tilak Vihar colony over a motorcycle incident and asked the Delhi administration to take strict actions against the persons responsible for the incident.

"Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit should take stringent measures against the persons involved in the incident and order their immediate arrest," outfit's general secretary Manjinder Singh said in a statement here.

Nineteen people, including five policemen, were injured when a clash broke out between two groups over a motorcycle accident yesterday at the colony in West Delhi area.

Police had to use water canon and tear gas shells after an angry mob torched three police vehicles.
