Tibetan spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, will visit Europe this September as part of his pre-planned schedule.
This was stated by secretary of his private office, Ngapa Tsegyam, here today.
He further said the spiritual leader has no plans to visit Hong Kong in the near future.
