Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul Muslimeen (MIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi today demanded a CBI probe into recent brutal murder of three members of a Dalit family at Javkheda village in Maharashtra's Ahmednagar district.
"The killings were barbaric. We seek a CBI probe into the issue," Owaisi said, after visiting the village today.
MIM MLA from Aurangabad Central Imtiaz Jaleel, who accompanied Owaisi, said the party will raise the issue in Parliament.

State chief minister Devendra Fadnavis had recently asked state DGP to probe the gruesome murder of three members of a Dalit family in Ahmednagar district last month.
He had asked the DGP to probe the matter and submit a report.
Over the course of October 21 and 22, villagers of Javkheda Khalsa had retrieved dismembered body parts of a mason, Sanjay Jadhav (42), his wife Jayashree (38) and their teenage son Sunil (19), from a well, and strewn all around the land owned by Jadhav.
Governor Ch Vidyasagar Rao had recently directed the DGP to appoint a Special Task Force (STF) to probe the murders after meeting a delegation led by RPI president Ramdas Athawale at the Raj Bhavan in Mumbai.
