Arquette doesn't have a lawyer, which means he will represent himself and he has cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce, reported Ace Showbiz.
The paperwork indicated that the actor had been holding onto the divorce papers for nearly three months since he signed the documents on March 23 this year.
He's seeking legal and physical custody of their daughter, Coco Riley Arquette, who is going to turn 8 years old on June 13. He did not ask for spousal or child support.
