Celebrating its 10th year, Dibyendu Barua Chess Academy WILL host a special screening of 'Pawn Sacrifice' -- the life and times of eccentric chess genius Bobby Fischer -- tomorrow morning at Inox Quest Mall.
The city-based Grandmaster expects all his senior students spread across three chess academies in the city, Future Hope Chess Academy and Kossipur Kendra Vidyala which has been adopted by DBCA as a chess hub, to attend the unique screening.
"It will give a feel of the fiercely competitive world of chess and the risks and stakes attached to this historic game of chess," DBCA stated in a release.
Barua has also encouraged all students to study the individual games before attending the morning show.
