After rehabilitating two acid attack victims, Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) has now come to the rescue of two orphan girls by employing them as Multi Task Staff (MTS).

Both girls got separated from their families when they were very young.

One of the girls, who is 21 years old, has spent her life in the Children Home of Nirmal Chhaya after getting separated from her mother at a railway station when she was eight years old, a DCW statement said.

She pursued her studies while living in the shelter home and is presently pursuing her BA in Political Science. She aspires to be a computer teacher in future.

The other girl, who is 22 years old, also got separated from her parents when she was a child and since then has been staying in a shelter home in Sant Nagar. She recently passed the Class XII examination.

DCW had contacted After Care Home of Nirmal Chhaya and the home had recommended names of these girls for the post of MTS, the statement said.
