De Kock or KP might sit out as Tahir set to get a look in

In order to infuse some life into their lacklustre bowling uniut, the Delhi Dardevils management are all set to include seasoned South African leggie Imran Tahir in their playing XI for tomorrow's match.

With DD's spin cupboard as bare as ever with Rahul Sharma being clobbered in the two games that he has played and left-armer Shahbaz Nadeem bowling ordinary spells, the team management will look forward towards Tahir, who has done well in the ICC World T20 claiming 12 wickets.

However it will be a tough decision to drop one of the four overseas recruits. The logical decision would be to drop skipper Kevin Pietersen, who has managed only 62 runs in five matches and has looked far from best.

However Pietersen's reputation and being a leader is something that might prevent the team think-tank from not dropping him.

JP Duminy and Wayne Parnell are automatic choices as far as their form is concerned. The axe then might just fall on opener Quinton de Kock. In case they drop De Kock, then they might have to get an Indian to open the innings.

Mayank Agarwal looks a likely replacement although Manoj Tiwary's past experiences as a makesshift opener will also be taken into account.

In that case, they might have to drop all-rounder Laxmi Ratan Shukla from the middle-order as Kedar Jadhav and Dinesh Karthik are set to retain their respective places in the side as they have chipped in with small but useful contributions.
