The death toll in the Taliban suicide bombing near residence-cum-office of Pakistan's Punjab province Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif here rose to 27 after a 12-year-old Christian boy today succumbed to his injuries.
The boy, Sol Masih, who was a toy seller, was passing by when the Taliban suicide bomber struck a police team yesterday.
Masih succumbed to his injuries at the Lahore General Hospital (LGH) today, LGH's Dr Ejaz Ahmed said.
