Rajalakshmi, who was seriously injured in the May 19 accident "succumbed to injuries in Narayana Hrudayalaya Multi-Speciality hospital today", hospital sources said.
Their son Nikhil is being treated at a private hospital.
Apart from Justice Govindarajulu, four others, including three of his family members were injured when the car in which they were travelling overturned near Odulapalli village under Talupula police station limits in Anantapur district.
