With RJD supremo Lalu Prasad and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar pestering the NDA to declare its chief ministerial face for the poll-bound state, LJP chief Ramvilas Paswan today said a decision on the issue will be taken at an appropriate time.

"There is no dispute in the NDA over a chief ministerial face for Bihar... We will take a decision on whether to go to the Assembly polls with a chief ministerial face at an appropriate time," Paswan told reporters here.

There was a dispute in the secular alliance over the chief ministerial candidate and more so on Prasad's acceptance of Kumar till the RJD supremo was coerced by Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi to accept Kumar's leadership for the Bihar Assembly elections, he said.

The Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) chief took potshots at the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo for accepting Kumar's leadership in Bihar and said Prasad has now become a subordinate leader and under the changed dynamics, what the senior Janata Dal-United (JD-U) leader says would be deemed more authentic than what Prasad says.

Exuding confidence that the BJP-led NDA would sweep the upcoming polls with a three-fourth majority, Paswan said the secular alliance and its leaders would be compelled to do 'Yogasana', he said in reference to Prasad and Kumar questioning the brouhaha over International Yoga Day being celebrated in the country and around the world today.

Unlike reservations expressed by senior secular alliance leaders over celebrations of Yoga at a grand scale, Paswan described the exercise form as a kind of social awakening and went to compliment Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev for promoting it.

On the world-famous Yoga centre at Munger being overlooked for hosting a camp there to coincide with the International Yoga Day, the Union Minister said he would take up the issue with Centre.

On the NDA's agenda for electoral success in Bihar, Paswan said the BJP-led coalition would come up with a vision document proposing construction of roads and bridges, and slammed Nitish Kumar for failing to undertake repair of dilapidated bridges on the Ganga in Patna and Mokama.
