Their bodies were recovered last night from Chitpur area in the city, near Dumdum.
Their family members lodged a missing diary on December 25 saying the two had been last seen two days ago drinking with some other people near Dumdum railway station.
Later, an FIR was lodged alleging that eight persons had kidnapped them.
The police arrested one person after initiating a kidnap and murder case.
