Delhi BJP will hold protest outside the DJB headquarters and its offices tomorrow, protesting AAP government's "silence" over the alleged Rs 400-crore tanker scam during Sheila Dikshit regime.

Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay, MPs and senior leaders will take part in the protests at DJB headquarters and its 12 offices, the party's media in charge, Praveen Kapoor said.

"Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who has been claiming to end corruption, should answer why he is now silent on the DJB scam of Rs 400 crore under Congress government, raised by his minister Kapil Mishra in August, 2015," Upadhyay said.

Leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta said Kejriwal's "silence" on the alleged scam "exposes his real character."

DJB chief Kapil Mishra in August last year had highlighted the alleged scam in hiring water tankers, which caused a loss of Rs 400 crore to the state exchequer.
