Welcoming the changes announced by the Central government in civil services preliminary exams, Delhi BJP today said the decision has solved the basic problem of the UPSC aspirants.
"We welcome the resolution of the dispute over CSAT and orders given by the Central government has solved the basic problem of the UPSC aspirants," Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay said.
Upadhyay appealed to the aspirants to start preparations for the examination now. He said they should have the belief that the government is sensitive towards their demands.
"The hollow statements of Congress and other party leaders is only opportunism because they were in power till a few months ago and the students have been making these demands since 2011 when CSAT was implemented. The Congress remained silent for three and half years during its rule," he said.
