Kumar, who assumed office as Delhi Police Commissioner on June 30, started his twitter account - delhipolice2 - on July 13 and has had two tweets in the past three days.
In his first tweet on June 13, he sought support from public for Delhi Police's initiative "Yuva" which is aimed at engaging street children and young adults in constructive activities to wean them away from crime.
The second tweet tonight talked about 'Jan Sampark', an outreach programme to engage community in a big way. Kumar will attend such a programme tomorrow in Nizamuddin Basti.
