Indian Super League football side Delhi Dynamos today joined India Today group's 'Safaigiri' initiative with the players taking time out to contribute their part.

The football superstars from Delhi Dynamos FC, including legends like Florent Malouda and John Arne Riise, got their 'kicks' together for a special promo that will run across all the channels and digital platforms of the group.

A promo was shot from the Red Fort, where the players used their football skills to clean the garbage, setting the ball rolling for the fans to work towards a cleaner nation.

Speaking on the initiative, Delhi Dynamos FC CEO Prashant Agarwal said, "Safaigiri - it's a great initiative to associate. Clean India is a dream of every Indian. Football is very special to communicate such messages as it's not just a game but the most beautiful tool to break ice between all colours and boundaries.
