The national capital woke up to a fog-filled morning today which not only brought the mercury down but also disrupted flight operations.
According to MeT department, the day temperature was registered at 22.8 degrees Celsius which was two notches below normal and slightly above yesterday's 22 degrees Celsius.
The minimum temperature settled at 10 degrees Celsius, one point below normal and two degrees down from yesterday.

The dense fog in the morning brought flight operations at the IGI Airport virtually to a standstill as the visibility at its three airports dropped to less than 100 metres.
The phenomenon affected more than 50 domestic and international flights.
Weatherman has predicted partly cloudy sky which would clear out as the day would progress tomorrow. Moderate fog is expected in the morning.
Maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to settle around 23 and 10 degrees Celsius respectively.
