Various areas of the national capital today faced power cuts as one of the major power generation plants cut the supply of around 240 Megawatt due to technical snag.
Areas in South, West and East Delhi faced outage for up to three hours.
A power Department official said that Delhi did not get 244 Megawatt of electricity due to technical snag in a power plant operated by the Damodar Valley Corporation in West Bengal.
