Delhi govt declares holiday on Good Friday

Delhi government today announced a holiday for its employees on the occasion of Good Friday (April 3).

According to a senior officer, Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung declared this holiday in exercise of powers under section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
