It was another hot day in Delhi as mercury touched 40.6 degree Celsius today.
The day temperature was one notch above normal and slightly down from yesterday's 41.9 degree Celsius.
The minimum temperature was registered at 25.2 degree Celsius which was normal. However, it was 1.6 degrees down from yesterday's 26.8 deg C.
The humidity remained between 24 and 58 per cent.
The weathermen have predicted a partly cloudy sky with possibility of thundery development tomorrow.
Maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to remain at 40 and 26 degree Celsius respectively.
