Parking facilities will not be available at Delhi Metro stations from August 14 till next day afternoon as part of scaled up security on view of Independence Day celebrations.
As per Delhi Metro Rail Corporation's (DMRC) advisory, the parking lots would be closed from 6 am on August 14 till 2 pm on August 15.
DMRC has instructed the parking contractors to use this opportunity for thoroughly cleaning all the parking lots.
"We will also depute our officials to inspect the parking sites for strict compliance," it said.
