Delhi Police's PCR unit handled over a crore calls last year with 97.5 per cent expressing satisfaction with the response.
The PCR unit dealt with a whopping 1,02,63,672 calls in 2016, according to Delhi Police annual report.
The women helplines received 60,815 calls last year and saw a dip from 2015's 72,930 calls.
The maximum number of calls were received from outer district with 6,51,516 calls in 2016 as opposed to 5,73,268 calls in 2015.
