Delhi reels under cold wave

The national capital today woke up to a chilly morning with icy winds and foggy conditions prevailing through out the day.

The maximum temperature was recorded at 17.1 degree Celsius, four notches below the normal level, while the minimum was recorded at 6.5 deg C, one notch below the normal level, the Meteorological Department said.

The humidity level oscillated between 97 to 62 per cent.

Met department has predicted partly cloudy sky, besides shallow fog tomorrow morning.

The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be around 18 and 8 deg C respectively.
