Prakash Chandra Bhatt (27) surrendered before the police last evening and confessed to his crime, saying he killed his wife Neha Shakia (25) because she was having an illicit relationship with someone, police said.
Police recovered her body from the hotel room, where the couple were staying on a holiday.
Bhatt said when they were leaving for Delhi, Shakia refused to come along, saying she would stay in the hotel for some more days. This enraged him and he strangulated her to death, Bahtt admitted.
