Chennai's S Narendran (WSRF Tiger Sports), meanwhile, finished third.
Vishnu Prasad returned with the best lap timing of 1:14.072 seconds.
In the Indian Touring Cars event, Coimbatore's Arjun Balu, who is recovering from a bout of jaundice, proved his mettle finishing at the top.
He was followed by experienced Radha Selvarajan and his state mate V Rajvirdhan.
Meanwhile, in the Junior event, Fahad Kutty of Mumbai won the race with a timing of 00:20.248s.

In the qualifying races for the Polo cup, it was experienced Ameya Walavalkar from Mumbai who clinched the pole with a timing of 1:14.692.
