Delhi tech firm plans Europe expansion in New Year

Delhi-based logistics technology solutions firm FarEye today announced plans to expand its services in Europe in the New Year.

With leading Belgian postal service TBC Post choosing the firm's technology services recently, FarEye said it was scouting for a European base in either the Netherlands, Germany or Belgiumto open a new office to grow its business in the geography.

"Enterprises round the globe are looking for technology for a desk-less workforce to improve customer delight. We are looking to expand our presence in Europe to service our existing customers, as also those in the pipeline,"said Kushal Nahata, co-founder and CEO of FarEye.
 

The firm serves customers across the Asia Pacific, Northern Africa, Oceania, South Asia and Western Asia through its offices in Singapore, Dubai and India.

"The demand for FarEye's powerful mobile platform that digitalises enterprise operations by empowering field workforce has grown at over 200 per cent over the past three years.

"The company's solutions include intuitive dashboards that deliver real-time visibility to CXOs to better serve their customers. This empowers the enterprises to build a competitive advantage by improving agility," the firm said in a statement.

FarEye's mobility platform helps enterprises transform field operations into rule-based process.

"Route optimisation feature coupled with Business Process Management capability of FarEye significantly improves the agility of its customers. Our platform's delivery-end interface is highly user friendly to allow work force to upload task completion reports, escalate issues and order service parts instantaneously with a one touch handheld device," explainsGaurav Srivasatav, CTO and co-founder of FarEye.

The firm claims to help its customers deliver over a million shipments a day.

It counts aCommerce, leading e-com service provider in South East Asia; Namshi.Com, e-com player from the Middle East; Maraxpress, a West Asian e-com firm; Zalora, online fashion retailer spread across Asia Pacific; and Australia's National Product Fulfilment, among its customers.

Global customers in its home market of India include Amway, DHL-BlueDart, Walmart and others.

FarEye's technology team claims its robust technology platform that enhances customer experience through on-time delivery.

FarEye technology solution with the ease of plug-and-play implementation is well positioned to meet the demands of its customers from virtually any field to grow productivity of their mobile field force,"adds Gautam Kumar, co-founder of FarEye.

In 2016, the firm was ranked among the top 250 fastest growing tech companies in the Asia Pacific region in the Deloitte Tech Fast500 Asia Pacific list.
